The other day we reviewed Madeleine Shaw’s lovely first guide ‘Get the Glow’ – it is a great book packed with delicious healthier and not too difficult dishes – If you haven’t got one already I’d actually recommend purchasing it! Her recipes are incredibly great that i must say i wanted to share a couple of with you recently.
On Tuesday we shared with you my type of Madeleine Shaw’s Gluten complimentary Cherry Crumble and today i will be revealing this delicious, gently spiced cauliflower rice, which makes outstanding replacement for regular rice, if you should be seeking to lower carbs and your calories, or simply just present even more veggies into your diet.
Being a food blogger, i will be generally well aware of food trends and I also have known about cauliflower rice for ages, but a week ago was the 1st time I had in fact tried rendering it for myself.
